How to make this recipe

- Let the tofu marinate in the skillet for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare the salad: In a bowl, combine chopped tomato, onion, parsley, and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Stir well and set aside.
- Mix the dressing: In a small cup or bowl, whisk together tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth. Adjust consistency with a splash of extra water if needed.
