Hi! I’m Rachael, a registered dietitian based in sunny California, where I live with my husband, our energetic toddler, and two cuddly Boston terrier pups.
My love for food started early; growing up with a military dad meant moving across the ocean and back, tasting everything from hearty German bratwurst to comforting Southern classics along the way.
That early exposure to diverse flavors sparked a lifelong curiosity about how food shapes our health, our culture, and our daily lives.
As I studied nutrition, one thing became clear: eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated.
