A vibrant and creamy spread combining protein-packed edamame with avocado, cilantro, and lime for a fresh, flavorful dip or toast topping.

- 1 cup edamame
- 1 medium avocado pitted and peeled
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 cup cilantro packed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
