Let me preface this post by saying that I’m a big fan of toast.
Toast has become somewhat of a comfort food for me. It’s not limited to just breakfast anymore–I can enjoy a good slice of toast pretty much anytime of day. When it’s reached that crispy golden color and has just the right amount of butter spread on top, it’s basically sheer perfection.
I’ve recently discovered sweet potato toast, however, and I’m officially hooked….
