Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber chopped
  • 3 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion chopped (or about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 serrano pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp chaat masala optional
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Serve immediately as a side, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
