Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder about 1-2 scoops, depending on the brand
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

Instructions

  • Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla extract, raisins, maple syrup, chia seeds, and ground flaxseed to a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined and a thick dough forms.
  • Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture into evenly sized balls. Roll each portion between your hands as needed to help it hold together.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

Protein powder brands vary in absorbency, so you may need to slightly adjust with oats or a splash of your favorite plant-based milk.
