Ingredients

  • 3 medium heirloom tomatoes cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 7 ounces mini burrata balls halved
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup fire-roasted corn thawed if frozen
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • handful of fresh basil leaves

Instructions
