Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 cup fresh dill
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2-4 tbsp water as needed

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
