This fresh cilantro mint chutney is bright, tangy, and incredibly flavorful. It's easy to make and perfect for dipping or drizzling!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cilantro
  • 1 cup mint
  • 1 serrano pepper seeded
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more salt, lime juice, or water depending on your preferred consistency and flavor.
  • Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
