Ingredients

  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 cups basil
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
