Instructions
  1. Cut kiwi into thin strips and place on sides of jar for decoration (optional)
  2. Add all remaining ingredients for first layer of smoothie to blender and pulse until mixed. Add more milk as needed to reach desired thickness. Pour on bottom of jar.
  3. Combine chia seeds and yogurt in small bowl and stir together. Let it sit 5-10 minutes to allow chia seeds to gelatinize, then add to jar to form the second smoothie layer.
  4. Blend ingredients for third layer of smoothie and add to top of smoothie jar. Garnish with raspberries if desired.
