fresh mozzarella cheese,
cherry tomatoes, halved
Preheat oven to 400 F. Arrange puff pastry cups on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for at least 10 minutes.
Fill each cup with a small slice of mozzarella cheese, half a cherry tomato and a small piece of basil. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of each cup and serve.
